- Do Kauai Kookies contain nuts?
Most of our cookies do contain nuts including macadamia nuts, almonds, and peanuts. Even for those products that do not include nuts as an ingredient, we cannot guarantee that those items are free of trace amounts of peanuts and tree nuts that the product may have come into contact with during the preparation/baking process.

- What is the average shelf life of Kauai Kookies?
Shelf life varies depending on the product, environment (i.e., humidity, exposure to sunlight, etc.), and manner in which the product is stored. A typical package of our cookies, if unopened and sealed properly, may remain fresh up to 9 months.
- Will I receive confirmation of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email of your order shortly after your order has been shipped.
- When will my order be shipped?
Orders are generally processed the same day by the Kauai Kookie administrator and shipped the next business day.
- When will I receive my order?
For local shipments, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. For mainland orders, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.
- Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
For USPS shipments, tracking is generally not purchased by Kauai Kookie unless the customer specifically requests for tracking information.
- Does Kauai Kookie ship internationally?
At this time, Kauai Kookie provides shipping only to the United States.
- Which shipping carriers does Kauai Kookie use?
Kauai Kookie ships our orders via USPS priority airmail.
- How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is determined by purchase total and location. In the shopping cart, please enter your destination to receive your shipping and handling estimate.
- Does Kauai Kookie ship to P.O Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. We do ship to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses subject to the APO/FPO Guidelines and Restrictions set forth by USPS. We encourage you to visit the USPS website at: www.usps.com/ship/apo.htm for more information and addressing tips. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shipments containing inaccurate information input by the purchaser.
- Does Kauai Kookie charge tax on items purchased?
We collect state and local taxes for shipments to the states of California & Hawaii. We are obligated to collect tax at the rate in effect for the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped. Delivery & processing will be taxed when the product is taxable. We automatically calculate taxes for telephone and internet orders. Tax is only an estimate. Applicable taxes will be applied when your payment is processed. All exempt customers need to provide us with proper documentation. For example: a copy of your state's resale certificates, exemption certificates, or other acceptable proof of your exempt status for the state to which the product is shipped. - May I leave a personal message or note with an order?
Yes. During the checking out process of your transaction, you will be given an option to leave a brief note. Messages can only be left on an order level and not individual items. In other words, if there are multiple messages that need to be sent, we recommend that separate orders be placed for each intended recipient to ensure that the correct product and message are coupled together.

Kauai Kookie currently does not offer bulk pricing on website items except for any valid promotions advertised on the website in the event that they are being offered.
